Peanut butter: crunchy or smooth?

Peanut butter. Its loaded with calories, but absolutely delicious and goes well with with jelly. But which is better: crunchy or smooth?

Monty Python, whose name inspired the absolute best computer language
You want religion? I give you a quote from the author of The Life of Brian - from their totally unrelated sketch, Crunchy Frog.

We use only the finest baby frogs, dew picked and flown from Iraq, cleansed in finest quality spring water, lightly killed, and then sealed in a succulent Swiss quintuple smooth treble cream milk chocolate envelope and lovingly frosted with glucose.

Note that Monty Python, whose name inspired the absolute best computer language (which is not intended to start a religious war) never created a sketch name Smooth whatever. No, in fact, as they further mention, If we took the bones out it wouldn't be crunchy would it? And by this, I am sure, they meant it would not be good.

If Monty Python said it, it must be true!

With the smooth, more of the oil is releasedfrom the nuts - if you don't add emulsifiers you could drain off enough extra oil to save fighting over Iraq! (Although some fellow 'westerners' seem to think its their God-given Right to fight Muslims and so uphold 'christian values'.
I think I'll stand for Parliament on the single issue 'Eat Smooth Peanut -butter' to save the world. We'll be the ESP party.

I say we - You'll join me won't you?

- Paddy.
